General Information
ARTWORK: Acceptable formats are CorelDraw and Adobe Illstrator. Please submit art in the following formats: .AI, .CDR, .EPS. All fonts should be converted and saved to outline. We prefer the art to be 200% of actual size, but not exceeding 300kb file size. For exact duplication and replication, please provide and existing sample if possible. Art charges may be incurred if AEF Emblem must prepare art. Depending on the complexity of the art, the cost will vary. The amount will be agreed upon before production.
CATALOGS AND RANDOM SAMPLES: Up to 5 catalogs at no charge. Additional catalogs are available for $2.00(p) each. Random samples are available for most items. Please call customer service for details.
COLORS: PMS or pantone colors are available and will be matched as closely as possible. As colors do reproduce differently on different materials, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

CORRECTIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: All orders in process will be subject to any costs incurred to date. Cancellation of any order must have factory approval.
DIES: Die charges are service fees; and payment for such fees does not constitute ownership. All dies and materials required to manufacture an order shall remain the property of AEF Emblem. Custom dies will not be used for any other customer. In the event there are no reorders for a period of two years, we reserve the right to dispose of the dies.
DROP SHIPMENTS: For shipments that require two or more shipment locations or at different times for any one order, please add $6.25(v) per location or shipment release. Please provide shipping labels for each drop shipment.
QUIKTURN PRODUCTS: All QUIKTURN products are individually polybagged and packed in larger packs. No setup fees are required. Standard production is 5 days. For orders received after 2:00 pm E.S.T. please add 1 day production time.
OVER/UNDER RUNS: AEF Emblem reserves the right to ship and invoice plus or minus 5% of original order. However, We will make every effort to ship exact order amounts.
PHONE ORDERS: Factory will not be responsible for errors on verbal orders. All costs incurred will be invoiced.
PRICES: All prices, specifications and terms of sale in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval by AEF Emblem and are not binding until accepted by AEF Emblem. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of materials and component parts. AEF Emblem shall not be held liable for inability to ship and orders due to materials, part shortages or transportation delays. We are not liable for any typographical errors on this website.
PRODUCTION TIME: Starts the day after receipt of purchase order and approved artwork. Listed production days are based on manufacturing/business days. For orders received after 2:00 pm E.S.T. please add 1 day production time. Production time does not include weekends, holidays or transit time. Traditional products are FOB, Indianapolis, IN. QUIKTURN products are FOB, CA, TX or NC.
PROOFS: Virtual E-mail proofs or cartoon rendition are available upon request. Due to time constraints, virtual proofs may be waived.
QUOTES/PRICING: Factory quotes are valid for 45 days. Catalog/Web prices are subject to change without prior notice due to material availability and market conditions. Catalog/Web prices are estimates only. Final quotes will be determined after receipt of art.
LESS THAN MINIMUM: QUIKTURN Products $100.00(p).
RETURNS: No returns without written factory approval. All return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Products found defective will be repaired or replaced.
RUSH ORDERS: Orders requiring faster than normal production time must have factory approval. Nominal charges may apply.
SHIPPING METHOD: Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS ground or 3 day service. We will ship on customers accounts. The customer account must appear on the PO.
SPECIAL PACKAGING: A variety of packaging options may be available. Please contact the factory for details and pricing information.
TERMS: Net 30 with approved credit. FOB Indianapolis, IN, Oxnard, CA. or Charlotte, NC. A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month will be added to all past due accounts. New customers are required to submit a minimum 50% deposit with the remaining balance to be paid prior to shipping full order.
TRADITIONAL PRODUCTS: All traditional products are individually polybagged and packed in larger master packs. Die costs, setup costs and production time will very pery product.
TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHTS: AEF Emblem customers must accept full responsibility for claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of trademark and/or copyright on any design or copy furnished to manufacture to reproduce. Should AEF Emblem determine that the artwork/product may require proof of authorization, such paperwork may be required. All samples shown throughout the website are not for sale and do not imply that any endorsements have been made with the organizations represented. AEF Emblem reserves the right to use all products as samples and in all marketing material unless otherwise notified in writing prior to order.
