PRODUCT INFORMATION

MATERIAL: Colorfast threads. Washable twill.  Felt material add 10% to the unit cost.  Reflective material add 50%.

SIZING: (Length + Width / 2)   [Example 2″ + 3″ = 5″  5″ / 2 = 2 1/2″ patch size]

BACKING OPTIONS: Patches come standard with no backing.  Thermoplastic, heat seal (iron-on) or adhesive (temporary self-stick) backing add 0.20(v).  Hook and Loop backing add 0.90(v).  Safety pin add 0.50(v).  Button loop add 0.25(v).  Magnet strip add $1.25(v).

BORDER OPTIONS: Patches include a merrowed edge for standard geometrical shapes.  For non-geometrical shapes a laser cut or stitched border is necessary add 0.15(v).

THREAD COLORS: Up to seven thread colors included.  Metallic silver or gold threads add 30% to the unit price.

ADDITIONAL COLORS: Add 0.15(v) for each additional thread color.

PACKAGING:  Bulk packed in master polybags.

PRE-PRODUCTION:  $35.00(v) plus $75.00(v) tape.  The tape will be refunded with final order.
